Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. No show appointments will be charged full price of their missed appointment. I understand emergencies come up and the fee may be forgiven in these situations.
Missed appointments prevent other clients from receiving services during that time, resulting in missed opportunities for clients on the waiting list & loss of income for me as a small business owner.
